X-ray tomography, as one of the most impactful non-destructive imaging technologies, has been well recognized and applied in materials science, biology and medicine, as well as in the industry and historical heritage applications. Thanks to the development of the extreme brilliance source (EBS) and algorithms, current synchronous based X-ray tomography can achieve high resolution in both spatial and temporal scales, separately in nanometer and MHz level. This webinar aims to show participants a big picture of this technology and will focus on the fundamental understanding of it followed by several examples.
