Moreover, a contribution is given for travel and subsistence expenditures for TNA and SME users. The Proposal Owner will receive an automated email from the ARIA portal when the form can be completed (after the facility has recorded access in the portal). If your onsite access is complete, but you have not yet received an automated email to complete the <em>User Feedback Form<\/em>, please contact admin@remade-project.eu. To receive reimbursement, users should fill in the <a href=\"https:\/\/remade-project.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/02\/reimbursement-form_ReMade@ARI.docx\">reimbursement form available on the website<\/a> and send a signed version in pdf format together with invoices and receipts of travel and accommodation expenses to <a href=\"mailto:reimbursement@remade-project.eu\">reimbursement@remade-project.eu<\/a>.<\/p><p>All tickets and receipts (hotels, flights, trains) must be made out in the name and, if an address is indicated, the private address of the person that is claiming reimbursement.<\/p><p>Reimbursement will be made according to the following regulations:<\/p><ul><li>Travel: <u>Economy class<\/u> for air fares, second class for train tickets.
