Usually, either with a &#8220;parallel&#8221; electron beam or scanned with an electron probe an atomic-level understanding of structures, properties and fundamental mechanisms in structural, functional and electronic materials can be gained.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<figure
