Thanks to the development of the extreme brilliance source (EBS) and algorithms\, current synchronous based X-ray tomography can achieve high resolution in both spatial and temporal scales\, separately in nanometer and MHz level. This webinar aims to show participants a big picture of this technology and will focus on the fundamental understanding of it followed by several examples.
